I am a Clinical Herbalist living in Pine Plains, NY. I completed a 3-year clinical training program at ArborVitae School of Traditional Herbalism in New Paltz, NY, and have since been establishing roots in my herbal and medicine making practice in the Hudson Valley.

Having grown up in the woods of Pennsylvania, my connection to nature started at an early age and has continued to deepen through my herbal practice. It is my mission to guide others towards a meaningful connection with the living world that we are all a part of!

Some of my past and current lives include landscaping, carpentry, photography, dancing, childcare and food service. I am currently helping run the CSA program at a local beef and dairy farm.
